Data deletion

Effective as of September 16, 2026. This page describes how to request deletion of your personal data, processed content, and third-party connection tokens (YouTube, Facebook, Google Drive) stored on ReelFlow.

1. What gets deleted

When we execute a deletion request, we remove the following from our systems:

• Your user account and access credentials.
• All encrypted OAuth tokens you authorized (YouTube, Facebook Pages, Google Drive, etc.).
• Processed content: videos, images, transcripts, captions, and metadata generated from your material.
• Usage data, application logs, and publishing history.
• Billing information we are not required to retain by law.

2. How to request deletion

Request account deletion by email, or remove a Facebook audit connection using the options below. Removing a connection does not delete your ReelFlow account:

• Email (recommended): write to hello@reelflowmedia.com from the email associated with your account, with the subject Data deletion request. Include your full name, company, and the Facebook Page URL(s) under management.
• Disconnect Google inside ReelFlow: from the dashboard, open the YouTube or Google Drive connection and choose Disconnect and delete data. ReelFlow immediately revokes the Google grant and deletes the credentials, account identifiers, and API data attributable to that grant. Existing videos in YouTube and files in Google Drive are not deleted.
• Remove a saved audit Page: open ReelFlow Auditoría, select the connected Page and click Eliminar la conexión de esta página. After a successful response, its saved audit connection and encrypted Page token are removed from the active database. Other Pages and your account remain. This does not revoke the Facebook grant; use Facebook Business Integrations to revoke the app itself.
• By revoking Facebook permissions: at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites remove the relevant ReelFlow integration. For ReelFlow Auditoría, a valid notification from Meta triggers deletion of its saved and pending connections for that Facebook identity. If no confirmation is available, contact us by email to verify completion.

3. Timing

• Confirmation: we acknowledge your request by email within 5 business days confirming that we are processing it.
• Full deletion: data is removed from active systems within 30 calendar days at most.
• Backups: deletion from active systems does not immediately erase existing provider backups. Backup expiry follows the applicable provider retention settings. Contact us for the status and applicable retention period for your request.

4. Legal exceptions

We may need to retain certain minimal information for legal, accounting, or tax obligations, or for rights defense in disputes. Examples include invoice records, security logs associated with incidents under investigation, or information required by a competent authority through a formal order. Such data is kept isolated with restricted access and deleted upon expiration of the applicable legal period.

5. Specific deletion of Meta data

ReelFlow Auditoría validates Meta-signed data-deletion and deauthorization notifications before acting. Its callback deletes the saved and pending audit connections associated with the Facebook user ID and returns a confirmation code and a status-page URL. A successful status page confirms this audit-data deletion, not deletion of your entire ReelFlow account or separate publishing data. A receipt containing a random code and completion time is retained for up to 90 days.

Audit reports are generated on demand and are not stored as report history. To request deletion across your ReelFlow account, including any separate publishing connection, use the email process above. Disconnecting or deleting data in ReelFlow does not delete posts or videos already on Facebook.

6. Specific deletion of YouTube data

When you disconnect Google inside ReelFlow, the authorization is revoked immediately and data stored under that grant is deleted from active systems. A direct request to delete stored YouTube data is completed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. You can also revoke ReelFlow's access to your Google account at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. ReelFlow checks Google authorizations periodically; when an external revocation prevents refresh, the associated API data is deleted as soon as detected and no later than 30 calendar days. Stored YouTube API data that remains authorized is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. These actions remove ReelFlow's stored data and access, not content already stored by YouTube.
